The Cool Kids discuss their new album “Black Roc 2″. They got me pretty psyched for their new album. I was not able to figure out when the album will come out, but they said they are pretty much done. They also discuss the whole Tiger Woods situation which is pretty funny.
This song is awesome. I always start my day listening to this song; dont know why. So after waking up today I thought I might share my morning ritual with you guys.
I am not a big fan of Gucci Mane and I do not find this song all that good. However, there are people who like songs that bring the bass out from their sound system, and although my car sucks, my home sound system is broken, and I am listening to this song through ipod headphones, I still feel this song would be a song that would rattle your trunk. Several news outlets reported that Asher was scheduled to throw a massive coming out party on E! Asher released the following statement in an attempt to debunk the rumors.
“I hate to disappoint and take away the entertainment of it all but I am straight, not gay. WOW! So I like his whole “I Love College” song, but this came as a shock to me. I know Asher Roth isnt a huge artist, but which college kid doesnt know who he is. Here is your update on Asher Roth, so next time his song comes on and you see peopel going nuts just open up a conversation with “did you know asher roth is gay?”. I also find it funny how the chorus to his song is completely contradictory to his sexual orientation. Anyways, here is the news report.

” Rapper Asher Roth will appear on E!News during the Christmas Holiday celebration to talk about his recent “coming out of the closet”. Asher was recently at a Gay Rights Parade with Lady Gaga, American Idol Winner, Clay Aiken, Blink 182, and REM lead man Michael Stipe.
Asher Roth, who came out of the closet last week, is making his first appearance on E!News this week.
Asher, who was dropped from SRC Records, is currently the only major hip hop star that has admitted he is a “gay rapper”.
He admitted that he was one of the gay rappers mentioned in MTV’s Terrance Dean’s book. Terrance Dean posted the news on his blog, after he said he wasn’t going to name names. He was very happy that Asher came out of the closet before he had to mention names.
Asher, who has been on numerous rally’s and marches over the past year, really became visible in the gay community with American Idol winner, Clay Aiken.”
AZ has been a long time partner with Nas. That is where, or how, AZ has perfected his unique way of rhyming, multi-syllabic, that makes him so entertaining to listen too. This song is off his album “The Format” (2006).
I was listening to Chamillionaire’s song “Good Morning” yesterday and I automatically noticed a resemblance between “Good Morning” and “Today was a Good Day”.
This song came out during spring 09. It has this funky beat and chorus which I think is pretty sick. However, although the beat is unorthodox, they flow really well on it.

This album, really disappoints me because Lil Wayne could have spent all the time he did making this album into another rap album. Lil Wayne definately needs to stay away from guitars. The reason why I am disappointed is because after the release of Prom Queen, which was a really good song, Lil Wayne says that he will come out with a rock album. But there is no song on this album that is comparable to Prom Queen. That is the only “WOW” song on this album, and we have all heard it long ago. My picks for this album are Knock Out (feat. Niki Minaj), One Way Trip (feat. Kevin Rudolph), and Drop the World (feat. Eminem). One Way Trip definitely surprised me though, reminding me of his talent to rap.
